Fifteen minutes are included for city pick-ups and sixty minutes after landing for airport arrivals. Additional waiting is billed in fifteen-minute increments at the hourly rate.
Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pick-up. Later cancellations are billed at the full fare.
